In-company training

AI training for companies

Practical artificial intelligence courses so your team uses AI with judgement, safely and with results. We work with your company's cases and tools, not textbook examples.

  • Seven areas, from AI literacy to deep learning with PyTorch.
  • Content, length and format adapted to each company.
  • Helps you meet the AI literacy obligation in the EU AI Act.

Learning paths

Learning paths, step by step

Course combinations designed to progress one step at a time. We adapt them to each team's starting point.

How we work

Tailored training, not a generic syllabus

  1. We understand your starting point

We talk to the person in charge to learn about the team's profile, the tools they use and what they want to achieve.

  2. We adapt the content

We adjust the syllabus, the examples and the length to your processes and real cases.

  3. Hands-on sessions

Fewer slides and more exercises on everyday tasks, with guidelines for using data safely.

  4. Materials and next steps

We hand over the materials and a list of use cases spotted during the training so you can keep moving forward.

Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch, computer vision, forecasting and model fine-tuning.

Governance, compliance and security

AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, data protection, ethics and generative AI security.

The AI literacy obligation

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act has required companies that use AI systems to take measures so that the people operating them have sufficient knowledge: what the tool does, what its limits are, what risks it carries and how to use it with company data.

No official qualification is required, but you must be able to show that each role has been trained according to how it uses AI. We explain this in detail in our guide to AI literacy under Article 4.

If you also want to know where your company stands, take the AI maturity test: ten questions, with the result straight away.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about AI training

Is it mandatory to train employees in artificial intelligence?
Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) requires companies that use AI systems to take measures so that their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. It has applied since 2 February 2025, and training adapted to each role is the most direct way to comply.
Can the courses be adapted to our company?
Yes. We adapt the content, examples, length and format to your sector, your tools and your team's starting level.
Do participants need to know how to code?
It depends on the area. The leadership, productivity, department and governance courses do not require coding. The development and data courses do, and each one lists its requirements; if you are starting from scratch, the technical path begins with the Python for AI course.
Which tools are used in the courses?
Whatever the company has or can adopt (for example, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) and, in the technical courses, the standard libraries and services (Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, n8n…). Each course lists the tools you practise with.
How long is a course?
From 3-4 hours (AI literacy) to around 30 hours for the most complete technical courses, such as deep learning with PyTorch. Each course shows an approximate length, and we split it into sessions to fit your calendar.
