AI for procurement and supply chain course

Better buying decisions and a supply chain with fewer surprises.

Procurement and the supply chain combine two kinds of work where AI adds a lot: reading and comparing documents (quotes, contracts, orders) and anticipating (demand, stock-outs, supplier risks).

In this course we work on both sides: generative AI for analysing quotes, preparing negotiations and communicating with suppliers, and a clear introduction to demand forecasting to understand what you can ask of a model and what data it needs. No coding, with cases from your own operations.

  • Compare quotes and analyse suppliers with AI help
  • Review supply terms and contracts
  • Understand demand forecasting techniques and how to use them
  • Spot risks and incidents in the supply chain
  • Automate communication with suppliers
