AI ethics and decision-making course

A practical method for deciding when and how to use AI responsibly.

The question is no longer whether to use AI, but how to use it without losing the trust of customers, employees and society. AI-supported decisions can inherit biases, be hard to explain or automate what a person should decide.

This course gives you a practical method for making those decisions: recognising the dilemmas, spotting biases, choosing the level of human oversight and communicating transparently. With real cases and the participants’ own.

What you will learn

  • Recognise the most common ethical dilemmas when using AI at work
  • Spot biases and their consequences
  • Decide the right level of human oversight
  • Communicate transparently about the use of AI
  • Apply a decision method to real cases
