AI for quality control and reporting course

Review more, detect sooner and report better with AI's support.

Quality teams review a lot of documentation, log incidents and prepare reports and audits. AI can review more in less time, group incidents to find patterns and write clear reports, as long as it fits the control a management system requires.

In this course we practise with your documents and records: review against requirements, root cause analysis, audit preparation and regular reporting. And we see how to document the use of AI within the management system itself, including its relationship with ISO/IEC 42001.

What you will learn

  • Review documents and records against requirements and procedures
  • Analyse non-conformities and incidents to find root causes

Where it is applied

  • AI visual quality inspection

A camera and a computer vision model check every part, pack or label and set aside the defective ones, without tiring at the end of the shift.

  • Automated reports, summaries and reporting

We use AI to turn scattered information into clear reports, executive summaries and recurring reporting ready for review.
