Productivity for the whole workforce
Practical AI at work (Productivity with GenAI)
Save hours every week with generative AI applied to your real tasks.
Generative AI can save hours every week, but only if you know how to use it. Most people stop at one-off questions and mediocre results, and end up thinking it “isn’t that useful”. This course changes that with exercises on real tasks from each participant’s job.
We learn to write instructions that work, to draft and summarise in minutes, to analyse documents and data, and to turn repetitive tasks into reusable templates and assistants. All with clear guidelines so company data is never put at risk.
We work with whatever tool you have (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude), and everyone leaves with their own prompt library.
What you will learn
- Write instructions (prompts) that give useful results first time
- Draft, summarise and review documents and emails in less time
- Analyse information, compare documents and prepare meetings
