Microsoft 365 Copilot for business course

Get the most from your Copilot licences in the apps your team already uses.

Many companies have switched on Microsoft 365 Copilot only to find that, without training, licences go underused. Copilot is very powerful when people know how to ask and when company information is well organised; otherwise, it disappoints.

This course teaches you to use Copilot inside the apps your team already uses: from an email thread to a reply, from a Teams meeting to the action items, from a Word document to a presentation, from an Excel table to an analysis. We also see how to build simple agents for team tasks.

The course can be organised by department (finance, HR, sales, legal or operations), with exercises on their own documents and tasks, and a library of instructions for each team.

It includes a module for IT on permissions and information governance, because Copilot sees everything the user can see, and it is worth reviewing that before someone else finds out.

What you will learn

  • Use Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint on real tasks
  • Write effective instructions for Copilot and Copilot Chat
  • Work with the organisation's documents and emails safely
  • Apply Copilot to each department's own tasks
  • Build simple agents for team tasks
  • Understand permissions and information governance to avoid surprises
