2. Personal data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, reason for your enquiry and the message you write.
- Job applications: the data you send us for a recruitment process (for example, your CV and professional details).
- Minimal technical record for the form: an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, never the IP itself, to limit the number of submissions and prevent abuse.
Please do not request or send particularly sensitive data through the form.
3. Purposes
- To answer your enquiries and requests for information about our services and training.
- To manage job applications and recruitment processes.
- To prevent abuse of the form (spam and automated submissions).
We will not use your data for other purposes or send you marketing communications without your consent.
4. Legal basis
- Consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form or your application. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Pre-contractual measures, when your enquiry concerns hiring our services.
- Legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (technical record of the encrypted IP).
5. Retention
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, while there is a professional relationship or legal liabilities may arise.
- Job applications: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Technical record for the form: discarded after 1 hour.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting provider (Webempresa, in Spain) and our email provider have access to it, solely to provide their services to us and under the corresponding data processing agreement.
We do not carry out international data transfers.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@neuralsoft.es. Tell us which right you wish to exercise; if necessary to verify your identity, we will ask for an identity document.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access: encrypted connections (HTTPS), form delivery over authenticated SMTP and restricted access to information.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, either our own or third-party, nor any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own domain.
10. Minors
This website is not intended for children under 14. If we detect data from minors without valid consent, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy

12. Supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
