Automation and AI solutions

Copilot Studio and Power Automate course for citizen developers

Build AI agents and automations in Microsoft 365 without coding, and within the rules IT needs.

Copilot Studio and Power Automate let business people, who know their processes best, build their own agents and automations inside Microsoft 365, without waiting for a development project.

In this course we build, step by step, an agent with its own knowledge and actions, and the flows that connect it to the company’s systems: email, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and documents. We include human approvals wherever they are needed.

One module is devoted to governance: environments, data policies, review and maintenance, so that what each area builds is safe and does not end up abandoned. It is a good complement to the Microsoft 365 Copilot course and the AI Champions programme.

  • Build agents in Copilot Studio with their own knowledge and actions
  • Build Power Automate flows with AI steps
  • Connect agents and flows to SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Dataverse
  • Include human approvals and error handling
  • Publish solutions in line with data, environment and licensing policies

Hands-on project

You build an agent for your area (for example, an assistant that answers from the department's documentation and opens requests) and the Power Automate flow that processes those requests with AI and asks a person for approval.

Requirements

  • Confident with Microsoft 365. No coding needed.
  • Access to a Power Platform environment with a Copilot Studio licence (or trial).

Other courses

Where it is applied
