Corporate chatbots course: design and deployment
Design a chatbot that genuinely resolves queries and knows when to hand over to a person.
A badly designed chatbot frustrates customers and damages the brand. A well-designed one resolves repetitive queries instantly, at any hour, and hands over to a person the ones that need it, with all the context.
This course covers the whole cycle: defining scope and rules, designing the conversation, connecting a reliable knowledge base, integrating the chatbot with channels and systems, and measuring its quality with test questions before and after launch. It includes the AI Act transparency obligations and how to protect it from manipulation attempts.
More context in the supervised chatbot use case.
