If your company works with Google Workspace, it already has Google’s AI inside Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet and Drive. This course teaches you to make the most of it day to day: less time drafting and searching for information, more time for work that adds value.
Beyond the built-in features, we work with two tools that make a difference: Gems, custom assistants for repetitive tasks, and NotebookLM, for studying and querying a set of documents with answers that cite their sources.
Exercises with your team’s documents and tasks, and clear guidelines for safe use.

The team creates one or more Gems for its recurring tasks and a NotebookLM notebook with the key documentation for its area, ready to use the next day.
