Leadership and strategy

AI course for executives and managers

Decide with judgement where to apply AI, how much to invest and how to lead the change.

Artificial intelligence is no longer an IT topic: it is a business decision. But between spectacular announcements and vendors promising everything, leadership teams struggle to separate what really works today from what is still a bet. This course gives you the judgement to decide.

It is a practical, jargon-free session. We see AI working on real tasks, learn to prioritise use cases by impact and ease, run the numbers before investing and set clear ground rules (including the EU AI Act obligations) without holding back the teams that want to move forward.

The outcome is not just another slide deck: each participant takes away a roadmap with prioritised cases they can bring to their next leadership meeting.

An AI programme for leadership

This artificial intelligence training for executives works as a programme for the managing director and the leadership team: a common language about AI, shared criteria for deciding and a first plan. It can be complemented with the AI business case and ROI course, the change management and adoption course or AI consulting to put the roadmap into practice.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from a generative AI course?
A generative AI course teaches people to use the tools. This AI training for executives focuses on decisions: where to invest, how to prioritise use cases, how to measure the return, which risks to accept and how to lead adoption across the organisation.
Is technical knowledge needed?
No. It is designed for managing directors, leadership teams and heads of department, with no jargon and business examples.
Can it be run just for our leadership team?
Yes. We deliver it in-company, on-site or live online, with examples from your sector and, if you wish, a workshop on your own processes. The length and format are adapted to the leadership team's diary.
Does it cover the EU AI Act?
Yes. We look at the obligations that already apply, such as AI literacy under Article 4, and the timetable for those still to come, and what they mean for leadership. It is worth complementing with training for the rest of the workforce.
What do we take away?
A first AI roadmap with three prioritised use cases, an estimate of effort and return and the main risks of each, ready to discuss at the next leadership meeting.
