Leadership and strategy

AI change management and adoption course

Get AI used for real, with judgement and without fear, across the organisation.

Buying licences for an AI tool is easy. Getting the team to use it well, without fear and without putting company data at risk, is another story. Most organisations discover that the real challenge of AI is human.

In this course we work on the people side: how to explain what AI is used for (and what it is not), how to respond to the fear of being replaced, how to organise role-based training to meet the AI literacy obligation and how to launch an AI Champions programme: one person per area who tries things first, helps colleagues and collects the use cases that work.

You leave with a concrete adoption plan and indicators to tell whether it is working.

What you will learn

  • Understand why technology alone does not achieve adoption
  • Assess the starting point and the team's resistance
  • Design a role-based communication and training plan
  • Launch an AI Champions programme
  • Measure adoption and impact with simple indicators
